If you're not satisfied for any reason, email hello@smartautomator.com within 30 days of your purchase, using the email address you bought with. You don't need to give a reason. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Once we issue the refund through Stripe, your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
Strategy session: Clarity Guarantee

Installation and on-site services
Installation, wiring, networking, and Care Plan services are quoted individually. The refund, cancellation, and warranty terms for that work are written into your quote or service agreement before any work begins.
Trouble with a download?
If your download link expired or didn't work, you don't need a refund. Email us and we'll send a fresh link right away.
